¿En quién confiamos? / In whom do we trust

Una de las razones por las cuales nos relacionamos con otras personas es justamente porque nos provocan seguridad para abrirnos y contarles nuestras alegrías, preocupaciones, sueños, dolores, etc., siendo definitivamente un gran tema de reflexión y que involucraría la propia vulnerabilidad.

La confianza sería un tesoro personal que cuidaríamos como algo preciado, y por lo mismo, serían algunas personas/relaciones las que la merecerían. Sin embargo, a veces nos equivocaríamos y sufriríamos cuando nos sentimos decepcionados por quiénes supuestamente eran "de confianza" y/o dolidos por quiénes nos traicionarían por distintos motivos, lo que nos comprometería para volver a confiar nuevamente.

Aconsejo trabajar este tema de manera personal e idealmente con alguien profesional si el caso lo amerita, para que podamos aprender tanto a cuidarla como a protegernos en caso de perderla, y con mucho cariño les invito a quedarse "ahí" cuando se sientan "bien" con alguien y/o con un lugar/momento/otro... arriésguense, se puede.

One of the reasons we relate to other people is precisely because they make it safe for us to open up and share our joys, worries, dreams, pains, etc. This is definitely a great topic for reflection and involves our own vulnerability.

Trust is a personal treasure that we would cherish, and therefore, certain people/relationships deserve it. However, we sometimes make mistakes and suffer when we feel disappointed by those who were supposedly "trustworthy" and/or hurt by those who betrayed us for various reasons, which would force us to trust again.

I recommend working on this topic personally, and ideally with a professional if the case warrants it, so that we can learn both to nurture it and to protect ourselves in case we lose it. I warmly invite you to stay "there" when you feel "good" with someone and/or a place/time/other... take the risk, it's possible.
