Una de las estrategias que podrían resultar muy efectivas al enfrentar cada año sería armar un calendario de actividades que me permita optimizar los tiempos al tener de referencia lo que haría en cada día/hora respectivamente.
One of the strategies that could be very effective when facing each year would be create a calendar of activities that allows me to optimize times by having as a reference what I would do on each day/hour respectively.
Y aunque parece fácil, especialmente cuando soy dependiente y en la empresa me ponen reuniones, por poner un ejemplo, lo importante - y a la vez motivante - es que ese horario cuente con eventos que sean de mi interés y que me motiven para cumplir el global. En otras palabras, la combinación entre lo que me gusta hacer (practicar un o más deportes, salir a comer, ver familiares/amistades, leer un libro o ver películas, asistir a cursos o escuchar algún podcast) con lo que debo/tengo que hacer (trabajo, pago de cuentas, reuniones de apoderados y/o celebraciones varias, entre otras) es sinónimo del éxito para conseguir la felicidad en el tiempo.
And although it seems easy, especially when I am dependent and the company holds meetings for me, for put an example, the important thing - and at the same time motivating - is that that schedule has events that are of my interest and that motivate me to conquire the overall goal. In other words, the combination between what I like to do (play one or more sports, go out to eat, see family/friends, read a book or watch movies, attend courses or listen to a podcast) with what I should/have to do (work, paying bills, parent meetings and/or various celebrations, among others) is synonymous with success in achieving happiness over time.
Lo importante es partir por los items innegociables (lo que quiero hacer, como algún deporte o actividad que me encante) para luego darle cavida a los necesarios (horarios de trabajo, rutinas de alimentación, otros) para armar un calendario que tenga la flexibilidad de verse afectado por un viaje de placer o negocios, por un curso de estudios, por una etapa significativa de vida (nacimiento/aniversario familiar, cambio de casa, separación/fallecimiento de un ser querido, etc.). ¡Mucho éxito en definirlo! Se puede.
The important thing is to start with the non-negotiables items (what I want to do, like a sport or activity that I love) and then give room to the necessary ones (work schedules, eating routines, others) to put together a calendar that has the flexibility to be seen affected by a pleasure or business trip, by a course of study, by a significant stage of life (family anniversary/birth, change of home, separation/death of a loved one, etc.). Much success in defining it! You can.
